WONOSOBO – Pendakian Gunung Prau akan kembali di tutup mulai 3 Januari hingga 4 Maret 2020, Gunung Prau merupakan salah satu gunung yang terletak di Kabupaten Wonosobo, Jawa Tengah. Menurut Informasi yang beredar di media sosial melalui surat pemberitahuan dari Forum Koordinasi Gunung Prau Indonesia pada tanggal 21 Desember 2021.
Dalam dokumen tersebut disebutkan, salah satu alasan penutupan adalah karena cuaca buruk. Selain itu, disebutkan juga alasan lainnya, seperti pemulihan ekosistem, pembenahan jalur, dan pelatihan untuk para ranger.
Informasi tersebut dibenarkan oleh salah satu pengelola Gunung Prau via Tapak Banteng, Hartanto. Ia mengatakan, surat tersebut telah disampaikan di rapat bersama yang digelar pada Senin (21/12).
“Betul itu surat resmi habis rapat bersama,” ujar Hartanto kepada kumparan, Senin (21/12).
Ia mengatakan, penutupan jalur itu lebih pendek dari pada biasanya yang makan waktu hingga tiga bulan. Salah satu alasan penutupan adalah penyelenggaraan training bagi pengelola dalam bidang penyelamatan.
“Iya kita fokus ke vertical rescue, tambah pengalaman training dalam bidang rescue,” pungkas Hartanto.
