MELIHAT INDONESIA – Memar terjadi akibat cedera di bawah kulit, ditandai dengan warna biru, ungu, atau merah akibat pembuluh darah yang rusak dan menggumpal, biasanya karena benturan atau jatuh.
Memar tanpa sebab yang jelas sebenarnya bisa terjadi karena beberapa alasan. Berikut adalah kemungkinan penyebabnya:
- Trauma Ringan yang Tidak Disadari
Terkadang, memar muncul akibat benturan ringan yang tidak terasa atau tidak diingat, seperti terbentur meja atau pintu. - Kulit yang Lebih Tipis atau Sensitif
Seiring bertambahnya usia atau karena faktor genetik, kulit menjadi lebih tipis, sehingga pembuluh darah di bawahnya lebih rentan pecah. - Kekurangan Vitamin
Kekurangan vitamin C, vitamin K, atau zat besi dapat membuat pembuluh darah lebih rapuh dan memudahkan terbentuknya memar. - Efek Obat-Obatan
Obat pengencer darah, aspirin, atau kortikosteroid dapat meningkatkan risiko memar karena memengaruhi pembekuan darah. - Gangguan Pembekuan Darah
Kondisi seperti hemofilia atau penyakit von Willebrand memengaruhi kemampuan darah untuk membeku, menyebabkan memar lebih mudah. - Penyakit atau Masalah Kesehatan
Penyakit hati, leukemia, atau infeksi tertentu bisa menyebabkan memar spontan karena gangguan pada pembuluh darah atau produksi platelet. - Stres pada Pembuluh Darah
Aktivitas fisik yang berat atau tekanan berlebihan pada area tertentu dapat menyebabkan pembuluh darah kecil pecah, meskipun tanpa benturan. (*)
