MELIHAT INDONESIA, SSMARANG – Penyidik Polda Jateng melimpahkan barang bukti dan tersangka kasus polisi tembak siswa SMK di Semarang.
Pelimpahan tahap II kepada penuntut umum ini dilakukan di kantor Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kota Semarang, Kamis (6/3/2025).
“Iya benar, dilimpahkan hari ini,” kata Kasi Intelijen Kejari, Cakra Nur Budi Hartanto, Kamis (6/3/2025).
Pantauan di lokasi pada pukul 12.00 WIB, Robig Zaenudin polisi tersangka penembakan masih diperiksa di ruang kejaksaan.
Dari sela pintu ia terlihat mengenakan rompi tahanan.
Sebelumnya diberitakan, Anggota Polrestabes Semarang Aipda Robig Zainudin diduga menembak sekelompok pemuda yang melintas dengan sepeda motor di Jalan Candi Penataran Raya, Kota Semarang, pada Minggu (24/11/2024) dini hari.
Terdapat tiga orang yang tertembak, semuanya merupakan siswa SMKN 4 Semarang.
Korban Gamma Rizkynata Oktafandy tertembak di bagian pinggul sehingga mengakibatkan pelajar berusia 17 tahun ini tewas.
Sementara dua korban lain juga tertembak tetapi selamat. Korban AD terserempet peluru di dada dan korban ST tertembak di tangan. (*)
